Buffalo Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Franks Red Hot buffalo sauce
  • 2 Chicken breast
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Crumbled blue cheese
  • Grape tomatoes
  • Shredded carrots
  • Celery
  • Blue cheese dressing

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in the hot sauce for 30 minutes to 2 hours
  2. Cook on 350 degrees until 165 degree internal temperature
  3. Toss with additional hot sauce
  4. Chop and mix lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, celery, and blue cheese. Mix with chicken.
  5. Toss with blue dress dressing and additional hot sauce!
