Chicken Kale Salad with Apple, Pom Arils, and Feta Cheese

Ingredients

For the Salad:

  • 2 cups of chopped kale
  • 1 cup of pre-cooked rotisserie chicken (use any other protein)
  • 1 apple cubed
  • ½ cup pom arils
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup of pecans

For the dressing:

  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp of red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • Salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a Pop Bowl
  2. Pop Bowl open and pour on the dressing.
  3. Seal the lid and shake the salad to evenly distribute the dressing for a perfectly tossed salad.
