Chicken Kale Salad with Apple, Pom Arils, and Feta Cheese

Ingredients
For the Salad:
- 2 cups of chopped kale
- 1 cup of pre-cooked rotisserie chicken (use any other protein)
- 1 apple cubed
- ½ cup pom arils
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup of pecans
For the dressing:
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp of red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp of honey
- Salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a Pop Bowl
- Pop Bowl open and pour on the dressing.
- Seal the lid and shake the salad to evenly distribute the dressing for a perfectly tossed salad.
