Cobb Salad with a Mustard Dill Dressing

Ingredients

Salad Ingredients:

  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, washed and chopped ​
  • half chicken breast, cooked and sliced ​
  • 1 hardboiled egg, sliced ​
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved ​
  • 3 cooked bacon strips, chopped ​
  • half avocado, sliced ​
  • 1/4 cup 1/2 inch pieces cheddar cheese

Dressing Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil ​
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar ​
  • 1/2 tbsp honey mustard ​
  • 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped ​
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In your pop bowl add the lettuce, chicken, egg, tomatoes, bacon, avocado, and cheese
  2. In the dressing bowl add the oil, vinegar, mustard, dill, salt, and pepper, close the lid, and shake to mix. Once you’re ready to enjoy your salad pour dressing in the pop bowl, shake and eat!
