Easy Chickpea Salad

An Easy Peasy Chickpea Salad

  • 2 cup cooked chickpeas ​
  • 1 cup fresh pomegranate arils​
  • 1 large cucumber – thinly chopped​
  • 1 small red onion – thinly chopped​
  • 1 Large tomato – thinly chopped​
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro – thinly chopped​
  • 1/2 mixed nuts (of your choice)​
  • 4 tablespoon feta cheese (optional)​
  • Juice of 2 large lemon
  • 1 teaspoon salt (add more as per choice)​
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili powder​
  • 1 tablespoon lemon-chili seasoning


  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and all the spices.​
  2. Mix everything and taste test for seasoning (salt/pepper)​
  3. Serve immediately or store in an air-tight box in the fridge for 6-7 hrs.
