Everything But The Kitchen Sink Salad

This salad combines tuna salad with a garden salad and brings it together with a lemon herb tahini dressing!

Ingredients

Salad Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Mixed Greens
  • 1 Cup Tuna Salad
  • 1/2 Cup Carrots – Shredded
  • 1/4 Cup Cucumber – Sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Cherry Tomatoes – Halved
  • Half Avocado – Diced
  • 1/3 Cup Brown Rice
  • 1 TBS Goat Cheese – Crumbled
  • 1 Green Onion Stalk- Diced

Dressing Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 Cup Tahini
  • Juice of one Lemon
  • 2/3 Cup Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1 TSP Honey
  • 2 TBS Cilantro
  • 2 TBS Cup Dill
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions

Make the Lemon Herb Tahini Dressing with Dill & Cilantro 

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until fully combined.
  2. Taste and adjust the Water, Seasoned Rice Wine Vinegar, Salt, and Pepper to taste
  3. Enjoy

Make the Tuna Salad,

  1. Make your own tuna salad or see the recipe here.

Putting it all together:

  1. Layer all ingredients in a bowl and pour on the dressing
  2. Toss to combine the dressing with the salad in a Pop Bowl
  3. Enjoy
