This is a great lunch (or dinner) salad you can whip up in under 10 minutes if you have all the ingredients on hand, or is perfect for meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Romaine Lettuce – Washed and torn
  • 1 Cup Mixed Greens
  • 1/2 Cup Lemon Grilled Chicken – Pre-cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Marinated Grilled Artichoke Hearts
  • 1/2 Cup Persian Cucumbers – Rough Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Cherry Tomatoes – Halved
  • 1/8 cup Goat Cheese Crumbles

Dressing Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Lemon – juiced
  • 2 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 1 TBSP  Rice Wine Vinegar
  • Garlic Salt + 21 Seasoning Salute Herbs
  • 1 TBSP Water

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop all produce and chicken
  2. which together salad dressing ingredients
  3. Combine all ingredients in a Pop Bowl and toss with dressing
  4. Enjoy!
