This Greek-American Salad is sure to satisfy your taste buds!

  • 2 Cups Romaine Lettuce – torn or chopped
  • 1 Cup Lemon Chicken – pre-cooked and chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Kalamata Olives
  • 1/2 Cup Persian Cucumbers
  • 1/4 Cup Pickled Red Onions
  • 1/4 Cup Feta Cheese – crumbled

Dressing ingredients

  • 1/2 TBSP Olive Tapenade
  • 2 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 2 TBSP Seasoned Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 TBSP Whipped Garlic Spread from Trader Joes (whipped garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice)


  1. Wash and chop all produce
  2. Chop pre-cooked grilled lemon chicken
  3. Layer all ingredients into a bowl
  4. Whisk all salad dressing ingredients together
  5. Toss salad with olive tapenade dressing – preferably in a Pop Bowl
  6. Enjoy!
